started off with the best intentions…woke up for class and had a breakfast of light yogurt and a banana. came home after my second class (around lunchtime) hungry for something yummy, so i had a smart ones version of spaghetti and meatballs. delicious, filling, thought it would be the perfect way to keep myself from snacking. Today I realized I’m back at the weight I swore to myself I would never hit again (maybe higher, depending on whether I believe my scale or the one at the gym). This is happened at the same time that I am feeling completely overwhelmed with school and everything else in life, so I’ve decided to get myself back on track. So. I’m new here. I feel like my friends and family are sick of listening, so instead I’m going to share my life with people I’ve never met. I’m sure no one will read this, but it makes me feel better to get my thoughts out into the world.
